Lot 1; Block 7 has sold to 3twenty Modular, a group familiar to the park! 3twenty currently operates out at BizHub, in Phase 1 of our development. They will be expanding their operation to Phase 2 this summer.

3twenty Modular, former Dragons Den guests, were the first in Canada to re-purpose shipping containers into offices and camps for industrial markets. 3twenty has evolved into a general contractor, delivering projects using a modular building process. They employ over 50 full-time staff, build in Saskatoon and ship all over Canada. We look forward to watching 3twenty grow and expand their business out at BizHub.
