It has been a busy start to the year at BizHub Industrial with deals closing on five lots in Phase 2 of the park and two additional lots now conditionally sold.

Earlier in 2022, 3twenty Modular expanded once again to add an additional 4.8 acres in Block 7 of the park.
This spring, Saskatoon based Acadia Group of Companies completed the purchase of two lots for a total of 11.7 acres in the park. We have also completed the sale of two lots totalling 9.6 acres to developer York Realty who is planning a 198,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit project for Farmers Business Network.
