Phase one continues to create momentum at BizHub Industrial Park. With only 6 lots remaining, BizHub Developments is hard at work planning for a phase 2 release sometime in the coming year. Rosenau Transport Ltd. is in the process of building the largest building to date at BizHub Industrial Park. At over 55,000 square feet, the phase one portion of their site is already nearing lock up stage in record time. The massive industrial warehousing and logistics station is clearly visible from Highway 16 and will be open for business in the new year. Caron Building nears completion
Caron Transportation Systems anticipates their new building at 40 Capital Circle to be completed and operational within the month. The new masonary building provides a great visual upon entrance to the park with it’s red roof and fenced compound. The photo gallery provides a number of shots showing the building features. Cardlock Now Open
Federated Co-op has recently opened their brand new cardlock facility in BizHub Industrial Park. Located along Highway 16 this will give Co-op unparelled access to their customers in the Saskatoon area. The paved roads allow for easy access and will be located next to many established transport and industrial service firms. Be sure to check back at the start of April for a list of BizHub’s newest owners.
