These updated aerials of BizHub Industrial Park are well overdue! It had been three years since our last aerials were taken and since then we have welcomed many new businesses to the park, including: 

Varsteel (2019 – Operational within 133,000 sq.ft. steel service center warehouse and metals processing facility)

Fedex Ground (2020 – Operational within 72,000 sq.ft. distribution facility)

Southern Irrigation (Coming 2022 – Building construction underway)

3Twenty Modular – (Summer 2021 – Broke ground on their second lot in Phase 2)

On May 17, 2011 Saskatoon played host to the inaugural Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum.
