Phase one continues to create momentum at BizHub Industrial Park. With only 6 lots remaining, BizHub Developments is hard at work planning for a phase 2 release sometime in the coming year. Rosenau Transport Ltd. blazing through construction.
Rosenau Transport Ltd. is in the process of building the largest building to date at BizHub Industrial Park. At over 55,000 square feet, the phase one portion of their site is already nearing lock up stage in record time. The massive industrial warehousing and logistics station is clearly visible from Highway 16 and will be open for business in the new year. Caron Building nears completion
Caron Transportation Systems anticipates their new building at 40 Capital Circle to be completed and operational within the month. The new masonary building provides a great visual upon entrance to the park with it’s red roof and fenced compound. The photo gallery provides a number of shots showing the building features. BizHub welcomes Rosenau Transport
BizHub Industrial Park, Saskatchewan’s Premier Industrial Park is proud to announce that Rosenau Transport – Acropolis Warehousing have purchased Lot 5 Block 4 and will be moving their operations to BizHub. Rosenau is one of Western Canada’s leading transport companies and we think they will be a great fit within the park. Construction on their new warehouse is expected to start in the Spring of 2011. BizHub Industrial Park is experiencing terrific sales into the summer of 2010! This is apparant with the amount of construction that is currently underway. Rimex has started to pour the foundation on their new 24,000 square foot building while Caron Transport has begun to pour their piles. BizHub welcomes Caron Transport
As of March 2010, BizHub Industrial Park is proud to welcome one of Western Canada’s leading transport companies, Caron Transport to their new home at 40 Capital Circle. Construction on their new bulk transport terminal is set to begin in the summer of 2010. Caron was previously located on Highway 11 before relocating to BizHub. The new location provides them ease of access to all major highways and will increase exposure to their growing customer base.
