In 2019 BizHub welcomed FedEx, one of the world’s largest delivery companies, after they completed the purchase of two lots totalling 10.2 acres in Phase 2 of the park. Construction of the new 133,000 sq. ft. Varsteel Steel Service Center Warehouse and Metals Processing Center is nearly complete.
This new high profile location at #30 Capital Circle, Corman Park, SK, is situated along highway #16 in Phase 2 of BizHub Industrial Park.
Varsteel made the formal announcement that they are building a new 133,000 sq. ft. Steel Service Center Warehouse and Metals Processing Center on 6 acres of land located at Capital Circle Road, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
“Our new four lane drive through building will have 3 – Bays 100 ft. & 120 ft. spans under double hook overhead cranes with all of the inventory stored inside” said Gerald Varzari, CEO of Varsteel Ltd.
The Varsteel Saskatoon new location will also have plasma cutting and saw cutting processing equipment.
Their building completion date is October 2019.

Wilco Southwest has relocated their Saskatoon operations to 14 Capital Circle in the BizHub Industrial Park. Wilco is one of Canada’s leaders in open space site development, specializing in landscape construction, excavation and civil infrastructure and atheltic facilities. Caron Transportation Systems anticipates their new building at 40 Capital Circle to be completed and operational within the month. BizHub Industrial Park, Saskatchewan’s Premier Industrial Park is proud to announce that Rosenau Transport – Acropolis Warehousing have purchased Lot 5 Block 4 and will be moving their operations to BizHub. Rosenau is one of Western Canada’s leading transport companies and we think they will be a great fit within the park. Construction on their new warehouse is expected to start in the Spring of 2011. Federated Co-op has recently opened their brand new cardlock facility in BizHub Industrial Park. Located along Highway 16 this will give Co-op unparelled access to their customers in the Saskatoon area. The paved roads allow for easy access and will be located next to many established transport and industrial service firms.
